For some reason when folks think of doing a retreat in Europe – Tuscany is always top on the list. But there are other stunning food and wine locations that definitely give Italy a run for it’s money. And one of those locations is the Alentejo area of Portugal.
Most folks when they think of Peru – immediately think of Machu Picchu and running a retreat to the highlands. But the Amazon spends plenty of time in Peru and you can easily combine traveling to both locations in one stunning journey.
A couple of years ago I ran a retreat at a beautiful and rustic (yet luxurious) place called Aqua Nicaragua.
