How To Join Us:
- Choose your room type, then place your non-refundable deposit of $1000 USD below.
- 50% of your balance is due by March 1st, 2025
- The balance is due in full by June 1st, 2025

What’s Included:
- ALL our amazing meals are included in this program starting with dinner on August 22rd and ending with breakfast on August 29th.
- Double or single occupancy on the Queen Eleganza for 7 nights.
- Incredible masterminding and love seats every day of our journey.
- ALL activities we do as a group.
- Use of ALL the toys on the boat (four paddleboards, two kayaks, a 60hp tender, a donut ride, waterskis, a wakeboard, 20 snorkeling sets, two fishing rods, inflatable toys, and two Yamaha sea scooters, a SeaBob F5 and a Sea-Doo jetski).
- ALL tips for the boat crew.
- ALL alcoholic beverages and soft drinks!
- A pre-trip Zoom call to get us all onboard!
- And regarding who’s included, you are! ALAANA and LGBTQIA2S+ people are lovingly welcomed.
What’s Not Included:
- Your round-trip airfare from home to Dubrovnik, Croatia.
- Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance (REQUIRED!)
- Souvenirs, phone calls, laundry, etc.
- Any lunches and dinners you buy during your trip to and from Croatia.
- If you come early to explore Dubrovnik, that is not included in our trip, however our travel agency can plan all that out for you!
- You will need to stay overnight in Dubrovnik on August 21st to be able to get to the boat by noon on August 22nd, unless your flight arrives early morning. In that case you’ll be fine to arrive the morning of August 22nd.
- Other non-included items would be excess baggage charges & airport taxes if applicable.
- Any extra tips you’d like to give for your amazing boat crew (beyond what I am gifting them.)
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $1000 USD deposit. Cancellations made between January 1st, 2025 and April 1st, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between April 2nd, 2025 and July 1st, 2025 will result in a loss of 75% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between July 2nd, 2025 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full.)
Trip cancellation insurance is REQUIRED for this journey. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options. If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.

Your Flights
If you take a flight leaving the USA (for example) on August 20th or 21st (depending on where you’re flying from and how many stops you have), you should arrive in Dubrovnik either the evening of August 21st or the morning of August 22nd.
We get on the boat at noon on August 22nd so make sure you give yourself enough days to get there ON TIME because WE CANNOT WAIT FOR YOU!
Flying home, you’ll catch a flight the evening of August 29th. We get off the boat by noon on August 29th. Leave time to get from the boat to the airport for your flight (you need to be there 3 hours ahead of your departure time). However, if you have time, stay longer!

COVID-19 Information
Your safety and wellbeing are very important to us! We will adhere to all COVID-19 travel requirements at the time of travel and will keep you informed of any updates.
The best way to avoid ruining your trip once you arrive is to wear an N95 mask in the airports while traveling to Croatia!!
At the time of this writing (September 2024), there are no requirements for vaccination or masks on this retreat, but you should make sure you have several masks with you just in case!
We will be providing N-95 masks in case you forget. We also ask that you bring a rapid Covid test if you have one just in case.
If you’re concerned about rooming with someone who has made a different vaccination choice than you, please let us know your needs in the pre-event forms and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
