August 20-21st - The Journey Begins!
Time to leave home for our amazing mastermind retreat adventure! Make sure you’re in Dubrovnik on August 21st (just to be safe) because we’re departing on our yacht on the 22nd PROMPTLY at noon and we will leave without you if you are not there! Just in case your flight is delayed, it’s MUCH better to plan on being here by the 21st or earlier to have time to explore Dubrovnik! If you need a hotel to overnight in, we can help you with that, just let us know!
Dubrovnik, with its golden city walls and dazzling views of the Adriatic, looks like it’s straight out of a fantasy—because it kind of is! Known for its starring role in a certain Game of Thrones series, this city’s charm goes way beyond the screen. Dating back to the 7th century, Dubrovnik is a treasure trove of baroque beauty, UNESCO wonders, and sun-kissed limestone streets that lead you to something extraordinary around every corner.
Walking the iconic city walls is an absolute must! As you stroll above the rooftops, you’ll soak in sweeping views of the deep blue sea and the city’s stunning architecture. After that, grab a coffee on Stradun, Dubrovnik’s main pedestrian street, and take in the lively atmosphere. August 22nd - DAY 1: Dubrovnik - Sipan
Šipan, the largest island in the Elafiti Archipelago, is a true escape with a rich history that dates back to the 11th century. Once a beloved retreat for Dubrovnik’s aristocracy, the island still holds the charm of its grand summer houses and centuries-old palaces. As we cruise into Šipanska Luka, a picturesque fishing village on the island’s northwest side, you’ll be treated to some of the freshest seafood Croatia has to offer.
Šipan is also known for its thriving wine and olive oil production. Lush citrus groves, sprawling vineyards, and ancient olive trees stretch across the landscape, giving the island a true Mediterranean feel. For those who love to explore, the island’s stunning coves are perfect for casting anchor and soaking up the tranquil beauty of the Adriatic. This morning we pack up and get ready to leave our beautiful yacht and crew! After a whole lotta hugs and love – we disembark at 12 noon. You can stay longer in Dubrovnik if you like, or leave for home later in the day. You need to be at the airport 3 hours before your flight – so please keep that in mind!

- If you come early to explore Dubrovnik, that is not included in our trip, however our travel agency can plan all that out for you!
- You will need to stay overnight in Dubrovnik on August 21st to be able to get to the boat by noon on August 22nd, unless your flight arrives early morning. In that case you’ll be fine to arrive the morning of August 22nd.

The entrepreneurial journey is not an easy one. The tenacity required to make it through the day-to-day challenges is often extraordinary.
Because of this, I strongly believe that our business is an expression of our spiritual path. And whatever we haven’t resolved, healed or forgiven will resurface in our business so we can deal with those issues.

What's a "love seat" and how to I prepare for one?
Since our cruise is a week long we have plenty of time for each person attending to have their own “love seat.” This is where you get to bring your most important “ask” to the whole group to help you with. You can record the session on your phone and we will also take notes for you.
Everytime I’ve been to a mastermind with this format, I not only walked way with incredible suggestions for my own business, but with tons of other great ideas to implement in my biz from the questions that everyone else asked!! It’s literally impossible to come to this event and not have a transformational experience and a list of actions to take in your business!
Where and when do I fly in?
If you take a flight leaving the USA (for example) on August 20th or 21st (depending on where you are flying from and how many stops you have), you should arrive in Dubrovnik either the evening of August 21st or the morning of August 22nd.
We get on the boat at noon on August 22nd so make sure you give yourself enough days to get there ON TIME because WE CANNOT WAIT FOR YOU!
Flying home, you’ll catch a flight the evening of August 29th. We get off the boat by noon on August 29th. Leave time to get from the boat to the airport for your flight (you need to be there 3 hours ahead of your departure time). However, if you have time, stay longer!

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we’re happy to! Croatia has many food options – they’re used to dealing with the requests of their visitors. You will eat well. We provide superb meals on the boat and our chef is happy to accomodate your needs.
Please clearly state any allergies and intolerances you have, along with your dietary preferences on our trip forms when we send them to you. If the list of things you can’t eat is long, we may ask you for a list of things you can eat instead.
I need a roommate – how do I arrange that?
If you would like to be matched with a roommate, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to pair you with someone else who is also seeking a roommate. Then you’ll have a chance to meet and get to know your fellow traveler during our pre-trip online gatherings.
In case there is no one to pair you with, your room will be considered a single, and an additional single-occupancy supplement will be added to your retreat fee.
Do I need travel insurance?
Absolutely, positively YES for this trip or you cannot travel with us. This trip is costly and you never know what can happen to you preventing you from traveling and losing your investment. We always recommend travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and medical coverage. Be sure to read the fine print, as policies can differ greatly.
While you’re at it, be sure to confirm with your travel insurance provider what Covid-19-related issues are covered and to what extent.
Sheri, how fit do I need to be for this trip?
There is bit of walking/hiking on this trip – but it’s all quite leisurely (unless you power shop)! This trip is about relaxing and chilling out!

What do I pack?
Think layers as you plan what to bring. Mornings and evenings can be cooler, while the days can be are warm. Dressing in layers is also a good way to protect yourself from the sun. You’ll want a bathing suit without a doubt and a cover up!!!
Once you decide to join us, we’ll provide a more detailed list of what to bring and what not to bring.
How can I offset the impact of my traveling by plane?
Will I have access to the Internet?
That being said, the more you can disconnect from your life back home, the better the impact of your experience, so please plan to be “off the grid” as much as possible.
What about COVID-19, RSV and the Flu?
Your safety and wellbeing are very important to us! We will adhere to all COVID-19 travel requirements at the time of travel and will keep you informed of any updates. The best way to avoid ruining your trip once you arrive is to wear an N95 mask in the airports while you are traveling to Croatia!!
At the time of this writing (September 2024), there are no requirements for vaccination or masks on this retreat, but you should make sure you have several masks with you just in case! We will be providing N-95 masks in case you forget. We also ask that you bring a rapid Covid test if you’ve got an extra one at home.
If you’re concerned about rooming with someone who has made a different vaccination choices than you, please let us know your needs in the pre-event forms and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
